my movie stills..
it was ULTRA HOT. infact, the weather here in Singapore s beeeen killing recently. i have always avoided the sun, never under the sun for more than 5 minutes and that day was the first time after 4 or 5 months that i actually sun myself for 3 or 4 hours. am very allegic to the heat… hence now the germs conquered.

movie night

tonight was movie night in downtown Lawrence.
they have these every summer, where they project a movie on the side of the parking garage and everybody brings a chair and watches the old movies.
tonight was a cary grant movie that I’ve seen before, and it was really loud. really loud. even at the very back, it was discomforting. so I didn’t stay.
but I do love movie night. one of the really great things in life.
this was shot from across the street, and the film itself is being shown on the other side of the tower to the left of the photo. the projector is just about middle lower.
there’s usually about a thousand people there, and tonight’s looked especially well attended.
